أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ الشرح [1]
N'avons-Nous pas ouvert pour toi ta poitrine ? As-Sharh ( The Opening Forth) [1]
وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ الشرح [2]
Et ne t'avons-Nous pas déchargé du fardeau As-Sharh ( The Opening Forth) [2]
الَّذِي أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ الشرح [3]
qui accablait ton dos ? As-Sharh ( The Opening Forth) [3]
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ الشرح [4]
Et exalté pour toi ta renommée ? As-Sharh ( The Opening Forth) [4]
فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا الشرح [5]
A côté de la difficulté est, certes, une facilité ! As-Sharh ( The Opening Forth) [5]

فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانصَبْ الشرح [7]
Quand tu te libères, donc, lève-toi , As-Sharh ( The Opening Forth) [7]
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَارْغَب الشرح [8]
et à ton Seigneur aspire. As-Sharh ( The Opening Forth) [8]
