CLOSING PRAYER

Ya Allah (O Allah), we praise You for revealing the Quran on a Blessed Night (Laylatul Mubarakah). We thank You for warning us and guiding us through Surah Ad-Dukhan word by word.

O Rabb of the Heavens and Earth, save us from the torment of the Day when the sky brings a visible smoke. Protect us from eating from the Tree of Zaqqum, which boils in the bellies like molten copper. Instead, by Your Mercy, admit us into the “Secure Place” (Maqam Amin) mentioned in this Surah, among gardens and springs.

Do not let this knowledge remain only on our tongues; transform it into righteous action in our lives. Accept this humble effort from us, for truly, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. Ameen.

  • Total Unique Words: Approximately 14,870.
  • Actual Root Words: Only ~2,000 words.

By reading Surah Ad-Dukhan word-by-word, you are learning the essential root words found in this chapter. Since these roots repeat frequently throughout the Quran, mastering the vocabulary in these verses directly contributes to understanding the entire Holy Book.
