And We divided them into twelve descendant tribes [as distinct] nations. And We inspired to Moses when his people implored him for water, "Strike with your staff the stone," and there gushed forth from it twelve springs. Every people knew its watering place. CLOSING PRAYER

Ya Allah (O Allah), praise be to You for enabling us to journey through the warnings and glad tidings of Surah Araf word by word. Just as our parents Adam and Hawwa prayed, we cry out to You: “Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.”

O Al-Hafiz (The Protector), safeguard our faith from the whispers of Shaytan described in these verses. Grant us the foresight to recognize the truth before the Day of Judgment, and protect us from the regret of the companions of the Fire. Make this Surah a witness for us, not against us.

Do not let this knowledge remain only on our tongues; transform it into righteous action in our lives. Make us among those who listen to the guidance and follow the best of it. Accept this humble effort from us, for truly, You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. Ameen.
