1. Practice the “Dua of Certainty”: For the next seven days, begin every personal `dua` you make by consciously invoking the lesson of the first verse. Say, “O Allah, As-Sami, who heard the plea of Khawlah from above the seven heavens, I call upon You with the certainty that You hear me now.” Feel the shift in your own conviction as you make your supplication.
2. Conduct a “`Najwa` Check”: Pay close attention to your private conversations this week, especially in group chats or with close friends. Before you contribute, ask yourself the question from verse 9: “Is this conversation for `birr wa taqwa` (righteousness and piety)?” Make a conscious effort to steer at least one conversation towards something beneficial and pleasing to Allah.

“O Allah, `As-Sami`, `Al-Basir`, The All-Hearing, The All-Seeing! You who heard the plea of the distressed woman, hear my plea. You who are the fourth of three and the sixth of five, I am ever in Your presence, so guide my secret counsel to be for righteousness and piety.

Ya Rabb, teach me the `adab` of the `majlis`, to make space for others so that You may make space for me in Your mercy.

O Allah, I declare that my ultimate allegiance is to You, Your Messenger, and the believers. Make my love for You the governing principle of all my other loves. Write `iman` in my heart, support me with a spirit from You, and make me pleased with You and You with me.

O my Lord, count me, my family, and my loved ones among Your party, `Hizbullah`, so that we may be among the truly successful. Ameen.”
